Hi! I’m Becky
Since my husband and I purchased an 18th-Century farmhouse in 2018, I’ve embraced the challenge of making the most of what our land provides. I specialize in preserving local (often from my own property!), seasonal produce by making jams, jellies, marmalades, and pie fillings that can be enjoyed year-round. My homestead kitchen is licensed by the State of New Hampshire, and I love developing recipes that are delicious, versatile, and a bit unexpected.
When I’m not in the kitchen, I love to play games with my family, cross-country ski and read historical fiction. Right now, most of my time is spent caring for my family and our home, living out my thankfulness for God’s abundant blessings.
